It was conveniently located near Anton Martin metro station, making it easy to explore the city. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen. the bathroom was modern and had a great shower. the neighborhood of Huertas was bustling with plenty of dining options nearby. I also enjoyed having a supermarket just a short walk away.
I did notice that the apartment lacked a good view from the window.

We found out that the address provided by Booked.net is actually their office address, and not the actual apartment. After buzzing the door bell to their office, the staff send us to the actual apartment, which is close to the Prado museum (good neighbhorhood) via a complimentary taxi. The room is spacious and bright with a balcony. It is quiet at night and only steps away from the pedestrian walkway of countless eateries and shops. Water pressure is good too.
The address shown on the website is not the actual apartment. We tried to buzz the office once outside the building, but no one answered. We had to buzz another unit to let us in.

Enjoying breakfast on the sun drenched balcony!
The showers could have been more powerful, however this is only a small complaint.

I recently stayed at a fantastic apartment in Madrid with my friends. The apartment was incredibly spacious, with a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area. We were pleasantly surprised by the amenities, including a dishwasher and washing machine with a dryer - it felt like a home away from home. The location was ideal, with many landmarks, outdoor cafes, and shops within walking distance. We were able to save money by preparing our own meals, and we had a peaceful night's sleep in our quiet room.
Everything was perfect, no improvements needed.

At the moment I am presenting a complain with the spanish tourism office, because having booked an apartment in Old Town Apartments has been a scam. I booked an apartment in Calle Piamonte 7 (and my booking confirmation says so), but at the moment to pick up my keys I was totally surprised they assigned me an apartment in La Latina area (ugly neighborhood) 2 Km aprox far from Calle Piamonte 7. Old town apartments did not want to be responsible for this incident, they were always saying that the culprit for this was Booked.net for not giving the correct information. I told them I was not interested in the apartment and that I do not want to be charged for something I did not booked, and their answe to this was that it was too late that cancellations cannot be done the arrival day without them charging me a night. Then as a final remark, be informed that making a complain with the spanish tourism office is such a horrible thing to do, they do not accept complains by phone or email, they just accept complains thru snail mail having filled a form that you pick up from the tourism office, such a nightmare, anyways will go with this until the end. Good luck and hope you dont go thru this horrible situation while you stay in Madrid.

Spent my Easter break in the perfect spot – a cozy, affordable and furnished apartment just a few steps away from all the tourist sites, tasty restaurants and shopping streets. The apartment was well-equipped, had a fully functional kitchen, lots of natural light and a big comfy bed. Loved having a washing machine.
The apartment could have been cleaner, especially the bathroom and floors. The mattress was not very comfortable and should really be replaced with something better.

I recently had a fantastic stay at an apartment in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, situated in a bustling area with plenty of landmarks and cafes within walking distance. The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The rooms on the second level were cozy and the bathroom had a great shower. Additionally, the attention to detail in the furnishings and decor added a homely touch to the apartment. Moreover, the prices were very reasonable, offering great value for money. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who made our check-in process smooth and even provided assistance with transportation. our experience at this hotel was fantastic, and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting the city.
Everything was absolutely fine.

Very well situated. Comfortable and convenient.
Noisy. Not very well sound insulated, in terms of noise coming from other apartments in the building and outside.

If you happen to get the apartments at Costanilla de los Desamparados 4 this location is great. It is located right in the middle of Madrid's most important attractions. Apartment is well equipped and lay-out is good.
Be careful when booking these apartments as you are actually booking with a company that has several apartment buildings in Madrid so the location you think you are booking is likely to be changed. Something else no one tells you when booking is that you have to pick up keys at a different location and then go to the apartment you have been assigned to. Even though apartments are relatively new they are ran down and are not clean. There is no service at all and no one comes to clean your apartment during the entire stay. Apartments are noisy and might be frequented by groups of people that go to Madrid to party, as apartment is in the middle of Madrid's nightlife. Even though the location is central we witnessed a mugging, so be careful
